I practice in the operating room and the cardiovascular surgical ICU at Emory University Hospital, and I lead the critical care division of Emory's Department of Anesthesiology. Since 2022 I have helped run the Emory Critical Care Center across seven hospitals. My research looks at how critical care is organized and the uptake, dissemination, and implementation of clinical information.
